This 40-gallon hot water heater has dual copper heating elements and a protective anode rod alog with Tank Guard® advanced tank protection to extend the life of your unit. It features a self-cleaning dip tube designed to reduce sediment build-up to maintain its longevity. This added protection comes with a 9-year limited warranty to give you additional peace of mind.
